What are your fees?
Initial Psychiatric Evaluation (60 minutes): $375
Focused Follow-up Visit (25 minutes): $175
Phone Calls / Forms: Phone communication longer than 5 minutes, or forms/documentation requiring more than 5 minutes to complete, are billed at a rate of $75 per 15 minutes
Do you accept insurance?
At the current time I am considered out of network with all insurance providers for my independent practice. This allows me to provide individualized care and maintain the best doctor-patient relationship without interference from outside entities. I can provide a superbill that you may submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Reimbursement varies significantly by plan, and I cannot guarantee coverage or payment.
